Our cooking classes have opened their doors because we believe that is important to disseminate knowledge about basic skills required to maintain a vegan diet, raw or gluten-free of good quality that could be of easy following in daily life, in addition of helping to reduce animal suffering, our impact to the planet and in turn to bettering our health with healthy food.

Our intention is not to sell to our students a “Exhibition of exotic food” for touristic ends. Our main goal is to teach and to share our vegan dishes in their different varieties. This means recurring to all of the hard work and research that has been invested in the creation of Green Point’s restaurants and menus, for our students can take what they learn and implement it in the everyday life.
