Our cooking classes have opened their doors because we believe that is important to spread knowledge about the basic skills required to maintain a vegan, raw or gluten-free diet that is full of good quality ingredients. Use the tips we provide you to improve your daily life, in addition of helping to reduce animal suffering, our impact to the planet and in turn to bettering our health with healthy food.

Our intention is not to sell to our students a “Exhibition of exotic food” for touristic ends. Our main goal is to teach and to share our vegan dishes in their different varieties. This means pairing students with the hard work and research that has been invested in the creation of Green Point’s restaurants and menus. Our students can take what they learn and implement it in the everyday life.
