Ceviche is a typical Peruvian dish which has spread throughout the world and there are infinite recipes for this famous dish. This ceviche trio is the combination of white fish, pink tuna and shrimp, truly delicious.

INGREDIENTS OF A CEVICHE

The main ones that make up the ceviche are: white fish (fresh), lemon, hot pepper, red onion and coriander. 1 tbsp pisco

1 lemon
4 units of nachos
